Our Client is a leading provider of mobility management, offering tailored solutions to corporations and their relocating employees. They offer client services to help human resource and procurement professionals develop, refine and manage their mobility management programs, while delivering a comprehensive range of relocation support services for their employees. Industry experts work with clients to develop a program of services that are tailored to fit their individual requirements.
Due to further expansion in Scotland we are now looking to appoint a Branch Manager to be based in Livingston. This is a General Management role which will carry full responsibility for the business activities of our Livingston and Aberdeen Offices, one of our Client's largest corporate accounts and Office & Commercial Business. You will provide an exceptional level of service to our Blue Chip Clients, assist in the continued growth of the business and achieve budgeted financial P&L targets.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT ALL APPLICANTS HAVE STRONG PEOPLE MANAGEMENT, SALES/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND P&L SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Key Responsibilities Include:
*Assist the GM in preparing the annual business plan and financial budget
*Meet all P&L and financial reporting deadlines on a monthly basis
*Analyse and monitor the branch debtors report
*Work closely with the BDM to identify further business opportunities
*Ensure Account Management procedures are being adhered to
*Maintain excellent relationships with our Corporate Clients
*Review Client feedback and manage any corrective action required
*Identify staff training requirements and implement with the Training Department
*Conduct staff performance reviews
*Maintain good working relationships with other members of the Management Team
*Ensure compliance with all H&S regulations
Our Ideal Candidate.......
Will have good all round Business Management skills/ experience, excellent people management and communication skills and an industry background where you have been responsible for meeting financial deadlines and identifying Sales and Business Development opportunities. A flexible approach and driven personality is required to make the most of this opportunity.
Remuneration:
Salary will be dependent on experience but up to £40K basic plus a car/ car allowance, BUPA, Annual Bonus, death in service insurance, pension and 25 days flexible holidays plus stats.
