SAP HCM / SAP HR Practice Manager:: My SAP client, a well respected SAP consulting organization, are looking for an SAP HCM / SAP HR Practice Manager with the following SAP experience:
strong SAP HCM Practice Management experience
extensive knowledge of the SAP HR / SAP HCM modules and ideally experience as a functional SAP HR / SAP HCM consultant
Definition of SAP organization structure, SAP operations and SAP sales strategy
Strong people management skills
Any SAP business development / SAP pre-sales experience will be ideal
Extensive SAP client facing experience
Strong background in SAP/ ERP project/ programme management
SAP HCM / SAP HR Practice Manager:: This is a great opportunity to develop an existing SAP HCM / SAP HR Practice and so, develop your SAP career and skills. You will join the company in a key position and will be involved in Business Strategy and potentially business development. Salary is flexible dependant on SAP HR / SAP HR Practice / Project Management experience.
