CCIE Cisco certified Infrastructure Engineer with working knowledge of Cisco ONS and xWDM technologies required for major financial institution. The candidate who will have in-depth knowledge of IP networking, LAN/ WAN technology, routing and switching will be required to perform customer support, fault isolation and resolution. You will also be responsible for Network engineering activities, engaging in business requirements gathering and solution development. Experienced in supporting routing in and service provider environment, SNMP device management and working knowledge of HP Openview systems and Cisco Works.
This is a challenging contract role for someone who can troubleshoot and find solutions to problems escalated from the Support and Operations teams. Also skilled in the day to day proficiency with ScreenOS, Junos, Juniper hardware, IVE, SSG and SRX.
