Senior Service Continuity Manager required (ITIL, Stakeholder Management, Senior Management) to take on a Head of Service Continuity role as part of Service Managerial structure, global banking organisation, North West England, £70-90k + Car + attractive benefits.
Heading up Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery for a specific area of this global FS organisation, you will take on responsibility for the accountability and delivery, fit for purpose of service continuity including policy, procedures, governance as well as IT disaster recovery.
This role offers suitably experienced Head of Service Continuity professionals both challenge and opportunity. Sitting within a critical area of the business, the role would suit candidates focussed on delivering world class service continuity and disaster recovery along with an excellent knowledge of being able to design DR and Service Continuity plans.
We require professionals with experience of heading up Service Continuity functions, preferably within FS, or an equivalent, blue-chip, large enterprise environment. You should have expertise in relevant ITIL disciplines, have experience of managing 10+ staff, and have experience of stakeholder management.
