As an Internet Service Provider, our client works in partnership with world class suppliers and has achieved an enviable reputation for quality of service amongst its customers. They have also established a strong market presence as an integrated services provider of computer networks, telephone systems, Internet access and telecommunications carrier services to SMEs in London, the South East and the Midlands. An opportunity has now arisen for an IT Support Desk Manager / Helpdesk Manager to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a CCNA certified IT support professional looking for an exciting challenge to move into a more senior role with a strong customer service focus.

As an IT Support Desk Manager / Helpdesk Manager you’ll be responsible for managing the day to day activities of the support desk. You’ll also ensure the Support Technicians are providing the highest levels of customer service.

This role requires a results-driven candidate with the ability to lead and develop support teams, whilst taking a hands-on approach.

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

- Experience working within an IT Support Desk environment at a senior level
- Proven IT/ IP Skills which will include at a minimum CCNA qualification

As the IT Support Desk Manager / Helpdesk Manager you should also have a practical aptitude for technology, excellent communication skills, and the enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
