C++ Developer, Software House, Algo Trading, London
My Client is a leading global software house based in London. They are looking for a senior C++ developer to join there Fixed Income algorithmic trading team. The development team for this system is split between London and New York, with the London team focusing on trade blotters, trade reporting, Interest rate Swaps, Credit Default Swaps and E-Bonds for the Asian markets.
You will be joining a small team of excellent C++ developers in the London office. You will be involved in the full development life cycle from design phases to implementation. Candidates must have several years experience developing in multi-threaded C++ on large highly transactional real - time systems. You should also have experience using STL, Boost and a database ideally SQL Server.
Candidates should be degree educated in a computer science or similar discipline to a high stand. Candidates with financial knowledge would be preferred how ever this is not essential if you have excellent coding skills. Candidates will have a passion for technology and have an interest outside of work for learning new technology. You should be a good team player and have the ability to take ownership of projects.
