A Junior IT Support Analyst with strong support experience for an exciting company based in Berkshire. The IT Support Analyst will support users on Windows Operating Systems including Windows XP, Vista as well as Microsoft Office and Server. You will take responsibility for networking, email access, creating accounts, granting permissions, validating security and troubleshooting faults.
You must have commercial user support experience and experience in the following essential areas:
* Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory
* Windows XP (and/ or Vista)
* Hardware and Software
* Outlook Administration
* MS Office
* MCP / MCSE
This is an excellent role for a Junior IT Technician or Desktop Support Analyst with strong Windows Operating Systems experience to begin or progress their career with a well established and rewarding employer.
