Leading Global IT Service Provider is looking for a CLAS / IT Security Consultant South East. The role holder will have: Customer facing skills and be capable of holding meaningful and supportive meetings with the customer. Proven communication and consulting skills Demonstrable technical leadership expertise Customer and business orientation, with sound commercial and financial awareness Effective working relationships with both customers senior management and Fujitsu Services staff. The ability to write accurate, clear and concise documents. Evidence of having delivered successful security solutions on very large projects Experience of security in UK Central Government / MoD Status as a current and qualified CLAS Consultant. An in-depth understanding of CESG documents and compliance standards e.g. MPS, JSP440, IS1 and IS2. The ability to produce RMADS capable of being approved by the relevant accreditor. A thorough understanding of IS27001 and other relevant security standards A working knowledge of security legislation e.g. DPA, SOX & FOI. A general understanding of current security services and technologies Specifically the Security Lead will: Oversee all aspects of the solution to ensure conformance to the security policy. Manage the security team, set priorities, and prepare plans, forecasts and reports. Develop cost-effective, pragmatic standard policies and provide clear statements of the consequence of non-compliance; these standard policies will support the business of new departments in areas such as the support of 3rd-party applications. Lead the security working group to shape the "back-end" services and agree acceptable pragmatic solutions with the customer and accreditor. Provide Operational Security input to Change Proposals and Requests for Service Be the point of contact for security related matters, e.g. incident reporting. Liaise with clients and local management unit representatives Raise security awareness. Production of accreditation documentation and risk balanced cases. Manage the production, maintenance and compliance of all project security related processes and procedures.
