Senior Project Manager – Cairo – Contractor
A highly regarded contractor with offices world wide are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage projects from their offices in Egypt. They are looking for someone with previous experience in Egypt and the Middle East, IT IS A REQUIREMENT THAT the successful candidate has an in depth knowledge of the Egyptian construction marketplace, APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT THIS !!!
Who They are Looking for?
The successful Senior Project Manager will have extensive knowledge of the construction industry, experience in commercial fit out would be advantageous. Ideally someone who has been working for a contractor. Applications from Engineering candidates WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
You will already hold a Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager position and you must have overseas experience (this is essential) candidates WITHOUT experience in Egypt WILL NOT be considered for this role.
You will be responsible for working on commercial fit out projects and will need to have excellent communication skills, be a team player and have to drive and determination to succeed above others.
The Role of the Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager
You will be accountable for and serve as lead authority and provide leadership and guidance on all business activities.
You will have the opportunity to run a team, and be based from their offices in Cairo
You will be instrumental in Managing projects for their Egypt operations and be responsible for their commercial fit out projects.
