Web Designer – Online Retail, E-Commerce – Lancashire - £20,000
Experienced Web Designer required for busy and exciting Online Retail department. This is an opportunity to join a successful and growing team in an innovative, passionate, relaxed and friendly environment. You will have experience of:
-Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash
-Able to write clean, maintainable W3C XHTML CSS
-Able to design and write HTML to improve the sites SEO and page rankings.
The scope of the role will involve you designing banners and email campaigns, website re-skinning, improving conversions, increasing sales with creative and user friendly designs, and engaging customers with powerful and imaginative campaign concepts.
Working alongside the marketing team, you will embrace their ideas and interpret, implement and even improve the campaign concepts, bringing them to life! This will include onsite designs such as landing pages and banners for brands and campaigns, and offsite marketing such as email campaigns and banner designs for affiliates.
The location is Lancashire, commutable from Merseyside, Liverpool, St Helens, Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn, Chorley, Wigan, Nelson, Southport, Preston, Bolton, Blackburn, Blackburn, Eccles, Altrincham, Cheadle, Stockport, Manchester, Cheshire. The salary payable is to £20,000 with genuine scope for career progression and development.
