The functions, systems and processes within Brand Management and Digital Media, Marketing, Recruitment, Conversion, International Partnerships, Admissions and Strategic Enrolment Management, and have been brought together into a single directorate focused on delivering the 2020 Strategy and more specifically the Internationalisation Strategy under the leadership of the PVC (International).

We are currently looking to appoint a Head of Strategic Enrolment Management within the senior team of the Directorate of Internationalisation, Marketing and Strategic Enrolment reporting to the PVC and VP International.

The post holder will have specific responsibility for researching, designing and maintaining best practices by leading the development and realisation of an enrolment predictive modeling strategy across the student life cycle from first contact to enrolment. They will also be responsible for analysing resource admissions and enrolment data from various sources which will support the institution-wide enrolment management strategy/action plans to achieve long-term strategic enrolment growth.

Educated to post graduate degree level or degree level and equivalent extensive experience in strategic enrolment management at a managerial level, the ideal candidate will ideally have worked in a higher education. We are looking for someone with a passion for data but who also enjoys working across organisational boundaries to bring about change via influence and relationship management.
