Major Business Transformation Programme - Social Enterprise Sector

As the Project Manager with proven experience of large business transformation programmes, you’ll relish the prospect of playing a lead role in this long and exciting journey of business transformation, applying your expertise in a ‘digital first’ world and helping ensure ‘best practice’ is a mantra that’s firmly embedded as a way of life. Working across a range of large and strategic projects, as well as organisational change initiatives, your role will involve:

                                                                                                     Direct control and day to day management responsibility for specific projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to specification, in line with business objectives

                                                                                                     Defining/agreeing project scope, goals and deliverables, as well as managing dependencies and critical path, with added accountability for ongoing reporting and review activities

                                                                                                     Managing significant inputs and relationships with key parts of the business and overseeing quality control throughout the full project lifecycle, from inception to deployment

As an experienced Project Manager, equipped with the purpose and vision to drive business and organisational change in a large and complex organisation, you must have:

                                                                                                     A proven track record at a senior level - evidenced by substantial experience in the successful management and delivery of strategic and often complex change projects/IT systems

                                                                                                     A strong and practical grasp of multiple project management methodologies, supported by excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills

                                                                                                     A high degree of commercial and technical know-how, backed by first rate communication and relationship skills, plus the ability to mentor and coach your peers and colleagues
