Change Project Manager - 3 Month Contract - Edinburgh - £400 Daily rate.

The Company:

Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a Change Project Manager to join a large Public Sector company based in Edinburgh, on an initial 3 month contract.

The Role:

The client is progressing with a major business change programme, the Service Excellence Programme(SEP) and the change management approach which is supporting the delivery of this programme needs some short and medium term enhancement.

Essential Experience:

*Experience as a change management specialist, working within business change/transformational projects.

*Excellence at building relationships quickly working across programme teams

*Great planning and organisational skills.

Desirable Experience:

*Delivering training to colleagues
