An exciting 6 month contract position has risen in Bedfordshire for a customer focused 1/ 2nd line helpdesk/ servicedesk analyst. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of call logging, Microsoft office, Active Directory, PDA's and other hardware. This is for a candidate who is very interested in customer service, I cannot highlight that enough.
Interviews next week with an immediate start after an offer. Rates are £11 - £12 per hour and the role is for an initial 6 months.
