My client is one of the world's most prestigious and forward-thinking tech-exchange companies, with a global reputation for quality and innovation.

They are looking to hire a Senior Data Security Analyst to join their London office, you will be responsible for the security of their customer's information and keeping internal files secure.

You will be working closely with the Data Security Manager and the rest of the Data Security team to deliver data solutions that differentiates the company in the market place.

The Senior Data Security Analyst will have a proven track record in delivering results in data security, and have experience in a position of leadership.

Principal Responsibilities:

* Lead the project activity to apply Access Governance standards across the business; including expansion of the incumbent IDM solution (Sailpoint)

* Manage the access assurance process for business critical applications and work with relevant business areas to address any issues identified

* Assist with any internal and external audits of access controls

* Ensure the Data Security tools are current and fit for purpose including the identity and access governance application - Sailpoint; the DLP system and Forensic tools

* Manage the response to containing and remediating any access control related security incidents

* Assess and action escalations from the DLP solution including remediation actions and user training

* Lead the project to integrate the current DLP processes and controls to one common standardised approach

* Support the provision of the digital forensic service

* Working knowledge of risk management and ability to explain data security risks

* Analyse, influence and drive the implementation of end user computer data security controls across laptops, desktops and mobile devices

* Develop data security standards and procedures and ensure they are adhered to

* Work with the wider security team to ensure data security controls are implemented and maintained on all information systems

* Participating in projects internal and external to the security team to assess them from a data security perspective and define appropriate requirements

* Collaborate with infrastructure security to ensure the Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) platform is receiving and correlating pertinent information

* Continually seek solutions to identify, manage and eradicate data security issues within the company

* Build and maintain strong and positive relationship with key stakeholders across the organisation

* Support compliance and regulatory initiatives and requirements such as PCI DSS, UKGC, and other regional compliance

* Work with the technology risk function to ensure identified threats and risks are captured and recorded in line with our risk management policy, procedures and standards

* Consolidate and report relevant metrics and related key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) as and when required

Key Strengths:

* Experienced identity and access governance professional with expertise of working in an enterprise security environment

* Familiarity with Active Directory and LDAP

* Solid technical knowledge of technologies relating to IDM, and DLP with experience of digital Forensic technologies an advantage

* Technical expert who can define data security standards and controls

* Knowledge of Java, BeanShell and scripting languages to help configure and customise the identity and access governance tool would be an advantage

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to use formulae to manipulate large sets of data

* Working knowledge of SQL, XML and Linux

* Awareness of ISO 27001, PCI and other regulatory compliance standards such as UKGC and Data Protection

* A strong communicator with a flexible attitude and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure

* Results-oriented with the ability to influence outcomes with a hands-on attitude

* Collaborate with other security teams and teams outside of the security function

* Strong understanding of data security controls required for Online, Retail and Corporate environments

* Show leadership within the security team by displaying energy and enthusiasm for the data security discipline

* Excellent verbal and writing communications skills with the ability to modify style to influence technical and business stake holders

* Disciplined and logical thinker, with the ability to draw conclusions from large and complex data sets

* Delivery driven with a sensible attitude to risk
