We’ve been busy winning more and more digital projects. Now we’re looking for someone to get busy helping us develop and deliver the solutions that our clients want.

About us

Havas People is an award-winning marketing agency in the heart of Farringdon. We specialise in attracting and resourcing top talent for some of the best employers in the world. From on-campus initiatives to full-on experiential campaigns, social media strategies and global websites, our work is as varied as it is exciting. We like solutions that are simple, elegant and effective. And our growing portfolio suggests clients think the same. We’re immensely proud of the awards we win, but in a fast-paced industry we can’t rest on our laurels. Which is where you come in.

About the role

You’ll be busy. This is a role that spans scoping, project management and technical build. You’ll work closely with clients to really understand their objectives, and then (after fully scoping budget and timeframes) put your knowledge and innovative flair to use to develop and deliver strategies that get results. That means, as well as leading cross-functional teams within the agency, you’ll take the role of "go to" person for technical builds, working with Digital Strategy to create user journeys, wireframes and sitemaps, as well as creating detailed test plans and scenarios. It will be up to you to manage relationships - including those with third party vendors. And we’ll expect you to push us and manage the development of new digital products.

About you

You’re just not satisfied unless you get results. What’s more, you can channel that vision and customer focus to make things happen - and spot opportunities to make things happen even more efficiently in the future. Working with so many people across the agency and beyond, you’ll need communication skills that are nothing short of brilliant. Not to mention the strategic thinking to really understand your clients and develop the right solution.

Of course, there are some technical requirements, including:

Knowledge of web development technologies, including content management systems, HTML, CSS

Experience using Microsoft Project and Visio (or similar)

Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet tools

We don’t just want you to get things done: we want you to push us. So staying up-to-date with the latest developments is a must. But, the chances are, you’d be doing that anyway.
