A major leading Consulting Partner are currently seeking experienced CRM Digital Architects who will be responsible for leading, planning and execution during the delivery of an implementation. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading global Consulting organisation and one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology, outsourcing and local professional services.
This is a challenging role, demanding high standards, and a robust approach to align business outcomes to business requirements through a clear and monitored line of sight. The specific responsibilities will be different depending upon the individual project, but the role of the CRM Digital Architect in general is expected to combine deep experience of architecting and delivering customer centric platforms and solutions with your personal skills and credibility to lead some of the best technical teams in the business to successful digital project delivery. You will take accountability for ensuring that the end-to-end digital solutions we create for our customers fulfil their expectations of high quality and cost-effectiveness.
The CRM Digital Architect will work in a growing team of 130 Architecture focussed people dedicated to ensuring that the technologies selected and the way that they are implemented meet the business objectives for clients Transformation projects. There are several disciplines within the architecture team: delivery, business, integration and digital architects and technical managers, and many of the team can perform more than one of these roles.
The CRM Digital Architects Role & Responsibilities will include-:
Specifying and owning the enterprise & solution architectures of client digital initiatives
Governing the technical integrity of the solution
Overseeing technical teams in the design, build, test & operation of digital solutions
Managing third-party relationships with digital solution vendors
Actively contributing to the wider digital community
The CRM Digital Architect will be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge & experience:
Architectural appreciation and delivery experience in customer centric platforms utilising complex integration patterns
Good understanding of digital architectures, patterns and technologies
Good software engineering practice
Strong consultancy and interpersonal skills
Sector knowledge e.g. retail, utility, travel and transport

The salary offered to the CRM Digital Architect will be dependent on experience and grading in the interview process.
The CRM Digital Architect must be fully mobile and can live anywhere in the UK but must have full rights to work in the UK without requiring work permit sponsorship. Our clients will require you to provide documentary proof, prior to joining the Company that you are entitled to live and work in the UK.
