Working for one of the UK's leading engineering support services organisation we wish to appoint a Media Manager to work within the Training Centre based in Lyneham. This is a great opportunity to become the key point of contact for high level media strategy and lead the media creative team.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for Media services and ensuring delivery to contract requirements.

* Lead and manage multiple workstreams, serving as the primary and high level contact to articulate media strategy

* Line management and functional responsibility of the Media Team, ensuring high standards and Continuous Improvement; ensure staff development and best practice through identification of Continuous Professional Development opportunities, monitoring, feedback, appraisal, discipline and training interventions and ensuring all supporting documentation is completed

* Determine and oversee the best possible implementation of all approved media plans and projects through developing project objectives, identifying deliverables, schedules, and estimating resources needed

* Manage the weekly workflow, adjusting task allocation and workloads in real time based on current and future needs

* Manage and monitor project progress to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals

* Act as an advocate for continuous improvement and inspire client participation through promotion of the Media Team capability

* Be the brand guardian and ensure the relevant brand is applied consistently across every touch-point

* Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends

* Maintain a record of all media tasks

* Oversee management of an electronic archive of all creative content

Requirements:

* Proven experience of leading a creative design team

* Experience of successfully managing creative projects

* Degree level qualification in Graphic Design/Media/ Marketing based discipline

* Ability to lead and inspire a team of creatives, pushing them to continuously innovate.

* Adaptable to changing technology, creative challenges, deadlines, and project requirements

* Excellent personnel management/coaching skills

* Experience/Understanding of military training standards is desirable (DSAT)

* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Desirable
