Leading household-name insurance company with operations across the UK and internationally is looking for experienced Black Belts to drive business process improvement activity as part of a major organisation-wide change programme, heralding a new era for the company. An unparalleled opportunity for experienced Six Sigma practitioners to effect change within a true blue chip environment.
As a Black Belt you'll be responsible for leading projects across various business operations, and will be utilising your strong Six Sigma toolkit to deliver end-to-end process improvement, delivering tangible cost savings and efficiency gains. You'll also be a key change agent who will work closely with teams to build rapport and engagement with the change programme, actively coaching and mentoring staff to enable them to assist in the improvement of their work practices and environment.
You'll ideally be a certified Black Belt with experience of delivering projects leading to business benefits. You'll also be a capable and confident facilitator of change; someone who can engage teams and build organisational support. A financial services background is obviously a bonus, although any candidate with a strong transactional process improvement toolkit and a proven track record in delivering projects and instigating change will always be of interest.
