Leading global insurance organisation are seeking the talents of an Opex Practitioner on a permanent basis.

This role will be based in North West England.

My client is looking for candidates who have experience as a qualified Lean / Green Belt practitioner.

The successful candidate will have strong analytic skills and knowledge of statistical techniques.

You must be familiar with financial analysis, development of business cases and change management experience is essential.

Looking for candidates who can execute process improvement projects to deliver results in terms of effectiveness and efficiency by using Lean, Six Sigma and other methods.

You will identify, shape and define opportunities for launching new projects both in terms of process improvements and where IT solutions can be maximised (i.e. automation of process where possible).

Manage process improvement project teams and coach process owners in gaining acceptance of change, realising benefits and sustaining the value.

Based in North West England, you will work across multiple departments on the site to ensure effective improvement from an end to end perspective.

As an Opex Practitioner, you will support the business to put in place process management progressively throughout the organisation and to identify process improvement needs.

Train, develop and coach process owners, front line staff and Green Belt colleagues to a level that becomes self-sustaining.

Compile benefit cases and facilitate with the business methods of tracking throughout the life cycle of the project and beyond.

Add to the implementation of customer-focused processes by applying digital / automation principles from end to end.

Define and implement the changes that you identified during the projects in close partnership with the business.
