What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced IT professional who has supported internal and external clients. If you have working within a helpdesk environment . Assisting and guiding Support Analysts with any long outstanding support queries.

You will also adhere to SLA's and work within an ITIL framework as well and learn from and teach your fellow colleagues along the way.
