£32,000 - £33,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Pension + Days Role

Are you a Production Supervisor with knowledge of an assembly environment looking for a challenging and interesting position where you can continue your career development?

This company is a specialist manufacturer of products that are supplied across the country. Having been established for over 60 years, they are an awarding winning company who pride themselves on the quality of their product and well known brand recognition. They are currently undergoing a period of extensive growth and expansion and require additional team members.

In this role, the successful Manufacturing Team Leader/Supervisor will be responsible for leading a small team of Production Operatives. You will be tasked with implementing a Lean culture and extensive continuous improvements as well as overseeing all production and quality activities.

The Role:

*Leading a team of Production Operatives

*Implementing lean and continuous improvement programmes

*Ensuring production schedules are adhered to

*Applying quality checks and maintenance schedules

*Working on a day shift

The Person:

*Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

*Experience in a plastics environment helpful but not essential

*A background in a Team Leader or Supervisor position
