Excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Supervisor looking for an interesting and varied role in a rapidly expanding company working a days based shift.

This company is a specialist manufacturer of products that are supplied across the country. Having been established for over 60 years, they are an awarding winning company who pride themselves on the quality of their product and well known brand recognition. They are currently undergoing a period of extensive growth and expansion and require additional team members.

In this role, the successful Production Team Leader/Supervisor will be responsible for leading a small team of Production Operatives. You will schedule and oversee production, ensure quality checks and maintenance schedules are carried as well as carrying out all management responsibilities.

The Role:

*Leading a team of Production Operatives

*Ensuring production schedules are adhered to

*Applying quality checks and maintenance schedules

*Working on a day shift

The Person:

*Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

*Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques

*Experience in an assembly environment helpful

*A background in a Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor position
