Field Service Engineer

Birmingham

£17,000 - £19,000 + Commission (OTE £21k+) + Car + 28 Days Holiday

Excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer with good electrical and mechanical fault finding skills to join a company who will offer full product training and the chance to top up your basic salary with a rewarding commission structure.

This company will give you the chance to progress quickly to senior roles which will give you extra responsibility as well as a higher basic salary.

This organisation specialise in the manufacture, sale and service of floor cleaning equipment that is supplied into many different locations and places such as leisure centres and shopping centres. They have been established for over 30 years and are enjoying a period of steady growth and so can offer long term stability.

In this role, the successful Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the service and repair of the company's range of products. The role will be a mixture of electrical and mechanical repair work concentrating on single phase, gears and moving parts. You will cover a patch of roughly Worcestershire/Warwickshire/Shropshire/West Midlands/Leicestershire/Herefordshire and hence will ideally live around the Birmingham area.

The Role:

*Service and repair and floor cleaning equipment

*Covering a patch around the West Midlands area

*A mixture of mechanical and electrical work

The Person:

*Ideally based around Birmingham

*Experience in a Field Service based role

*Good electrical (single phase, 240v) and mechanical (gears, moving parts) skills
