We’re looking for a new PHP web developer to join our growing Leeds based studio. You’ll be working with our team to help make our clients’ dream websites a reality as well as working on one of the world’s biggest e-commerce platforms; OpenCart. From putting together specifications and ideas, to building and testing new features, you’ll liaise with your client constantly - so it’s vital that you’re confident and professional. You’ll not only help clients develop new and existing websites, but you’ll also get the opportunity to work with some of the world’s top e-commerce clients, lend a hand with technical support issues and work on internal projects.

KEY SKILLS

- PHP 5.5+ with a strong understanding of OOP

- Strong knowledge & experience working with OpenCart or similar e-commerce platforms

- Experience with version control systems (Git, Subversion)

- Great time-management & organisation skills

- MySQL knowledge

- Confidence dealing with clients & team members

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Experience working with Symfony framework

- Previously worked with OpenCart ecommerce software

- Unit testing, Jenkins CI, PHP Sniff knowledge

- API integration skills
