LBG Medical ltd was established in 1980 and has grown rapidly over the last 5 years.

We are the largest independent manufacturer of custom orthoses in Europe, crafting up to 40,000 pairs of orthotics a year.

Our sister company Strive Footwear was established in 2014; utilising over 35 years of experience in the foot health industry to create a range of health & wellness footwear which is distributed into the retail market from our headquarters in Stone.

We employ 35 highly skilled technicians and 20 support staff. We continue to grow rapidly and have invested heavily in our online presence over the past 2 years.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to carve your role within a rapidly expanding and truly dynamic business. We are looking for a candidate to help continue our substantial growth and continue to transform an industry. As Web Designer, you and your ideas matter at an innovative leader looking to dominate their market. To join them, as Web Designer, you will be someone who has original ideas and outstanding skills. This is a creative role and you will have experience designing websites, email and social media campaigns. You will also be able to take your designs and create HTML/CSS templates.

Essential Web Designer Skills / Experience:

Portfolio

Good understanding of User Experience

Excellent Photoshop Skills

Strong HTML and CSS Skills

Understanding of Responsive Design

You will work closely with both Marketing and Sales Managers as well as members of the Board of Directors to develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

You'll be involved in the full project lifecycle from proposal stage, delivery, release and updates. Attention to detail is essential as you will thoroughly test and review your work prior to handing it over to the development team. Along with your web duties, there will also be a small element of IT support.
