Junior UX/ Web Developer/ Front End Developer

My client who are an Automotive Consultancy firm in Essex, just outside of London are looking for a Junior UX/ Web Developer (JavaScript and HTML) to join their ever-growing team. The company are at the fore-front of automotive products and are market leaders in their field. They are now looking for a Junior Web Developer who has good experience with UX and JavaScript to push their product to the next level.

The perfect candidate will have an eye for detail and will be a logical thinker they will be responsible for the Front-End Development Process and will be required to deliver consistent results.

The ideal candidate should have a mix of the following:

Development skills:

*Ability to hand code HTML5 / CSS3

*Understanding the importance of validating code

*Experience with cross browser testing

*Solid understanding of Responsive Web Design

Design Skills:

*Strong knowledge of the Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator

*Strong visual eye and attention to detail

*Understanding of UX principles and User Centered Design

For this role my client is looking to compensate the ideal Front End Developer with a generous salary of £18000 - £25000 + benefits and very real scope for career progression as the company expands over the coming years. They are based in Buckinghamshire so are easily commutable from Greater London, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and areas of Berkshire.
