Bede Gaming is a leading supplier of software to the online gambling and social gaming industries.

Our approach to social gaming is to build games that allow players to move from virtual currency play to real money play on the same platform and to offer this capability to existing social gaming operators.

The robust back-end system allows operators to offer any currency to players, whether real or imaginary (e.g. points, stars, tokens).

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne on a fixed term contract basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Analysts, Clients and Development team, establishing strong relationships with all parties to ensure client requirements are understood, development solutions are delivered effectively and that client expectations are managed and satisfied. 

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining overall project plans

- Maintaining client backlogs in JIRA

- Liaising with clients to create users stories to be prioritised into the backlog

- Managing budgets of costed work

Skills and Experience:

- Outstanding MS Project user

- 5+ years of experience managing non trivial IT Projects

- Educated to degree level

- Excellent communication skills

- A proven track record in software development

- Experience in project management with end to end project lifecycle experience

- Customer focussed with the ability to identify and articulate product requirements

- Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, and organizational skills

- Working Knowledge of Jira / Confluence Strong experience in Agile development

Experience of working in an Agile environment is essential, knowledge of software development and/or experience of working in a tech environment would be an advantage.
