Water Utilities Network Design Engineer
£37-40K
South West Scotland, commutable from Kilmarnock, South Glasgow, East Kilbride, Darvel, Irvine, Ayr
42.5 Hours (including breaks, some flexitime available)
Are you an experienced Water Design Engineer, looking for a technically challenging role, offering excellent training and career progression?
The company are growing rapidly and have just won a large new contract with a household name in the utilities market. They have an excellent reputation in the market place for the quality of work provided and have a very strong order book, hence the need for additional staff.
The role is to focus on the of new water networks to service new Domestic, Industrial and Commercial developments including mains and services
Therefore tasks will include:
* Design water networks to specification
* Assess and price tenders
* Compile tender documentation for submission to clients
To apply you should have:
1.Working experience within the water utilities industry
2.Must have an understanding of current WIRS (Water Industry Registration Scheme) requirements
3.Must have Level 3 Water Main Design or equivalent
