Senior Design Engineer - West Midlands

The Role

This growing market leader in civil engineering solutions has an opportunity for a Senior Design Engineer to join their expanding team in the West Midlands. They have successfully worked on a wide range of projects, including in marine, bridges and highways sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Detailed new build design work

* Design of structural strengthening solutions

* Use of 3D imaging to present innovation solutions to project delivery details

* Designing bespoke equipment to create solutions to repair programs

* A hands on approach to the design process as well as a supervisory role

Important Criteria

* Over 10 years experience in civil and structural engineering

* Senior or Managerial experience

* Experience of detailed design with bridges

* A strong desire to progress quickly within an expanding company

* Confidence in assessing designs based on a number of important criteria

Renumeration

* £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

* Car/Allowance to approximate value £5,500

* Annual bonus

* 23 days, plus 8 bank holidays
