You will deliver feasibility studies, process improvement, and IT applications development projects, including full engagement with stakeholders across project teams. You will be responsible for project documentation, risk and issues management. We’re looking for a talented individual who can adapt their skills to reflect business demand, capable of adopting the role of Business Analyst and Project Manger. As a Business Analyst you will be able to capture and analyse business operational processes and explore opportunities for process/system improvement. As a Project Manager, you will manage a range of projects spanning the project lifecycle from options analysis, to IT development and infrastructure projects, It’s an opportunity to set direction, engage stakeholders and translate high level business requirements into IT solutions that meet user needs. You’ve got to be flexible, collaborative and capable of delivering projects at pace.

You must hold a degree or equivalent professional certification in a relevant discipline. Proven experience in IT project management and business analysis is critical, with a track record of delivering multiple small-to-medium sized projects with challenging timescales. In-depth knowledge of Prince2, the software development lifecycle and the design and development process is important, with experience of using analysis techniques (UML2), iterative methodologies (e.g. Agile, RUP) and tools. You must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills and the ability to engage at all levels in a clear, open and transparent way. Knowledge of business analysis, business engagement, change management, process improvement, software engineering and benefits realisation would be ideal.
