The Role:

Easyroommate are looking for a talented Senior UI/Front End Developer to join our expanding team. We want our users to love our website so our focus is on providing a fantastic user experience and this position will provide an integral contribution to this.

Primarily you will be working alongside the UI Designer and you will be 100% focused on coding in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The position will require you to lead the UI and UX to enhance product on a variety of ongoing projects. We like to promote a very open and collaborative environment that enables you to work closely with the QA and Dev teams.

Easyroommate is currently in need of some TLC so if you are looking for a challenge in your next position this could be the position for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing high quality HTML and CSS code for Easyroommate.com and Applications

- Working closely with the UI designer to propose solutions to business needs

- Identifying how the user experience on the application can be improved

- Designing and building prototypes to demonstrate your ideas

- Working as part of a cross functional team of C# developers, QA Engineers

- Working in an Agile environment and contributing to the overall function of the team

Skills & Requirements:

- Extensive commercial experience using HTML, CSS and strong JavaScript

- Agile project experience with the confidence to strive for continuous improvement within the team

- Ability to work on your own initiative/be a self-starter who can see what needs fixing and fix it!

- Experience working with cross-browser and cross-device in a responsive environment

- Knowledge/experience of AngularJS, NodeJS, JQuery, LESS, SASS, Grunt, Bootstrap, Foundation, JSON, Jasmine, GIT
