We are looking for an experienced & highly committed person to join Commercial Services as a Senior Project and Contract Manager within the Project & Contract Management Team. The role of the team is to manage and develop the professional project and contract management function to ensure a consistent focus on achieving value for money across the Council.

The successful individual will need to have demonstrable experience in the delivery of complex projects and contracts within a diverse commercial market; be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of project & contract management best practice; have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and be able to juggle deadlines and work under pressure and with competing deadlines. Experience of managing the development and delivery of construction related projects is desirable.
