Based in North Cumbria, Story Homes a top 50 UK house builder of aspirational homes is going through a period of massive growth. This growth is both organic and as a result of expansion into new regions. To support this growth we have a significant change programme underway across the whole business. We are seeking a strong and experienced business analyst to lead the definition, design and documentation of the company’s processes as a key component in this programme.

Key Terms:

- 6 month contract, with potential to extend

- Based out of our Head Office (Carlisle), Newcastle or our soon to open office in Chorley (Lancs)

- Day rate flexible, subject to applicants experience

- Reporting to Systems Project Manager and appropriate function managers

Purpose:

- Work closely with the team to identify and analyse core business processes and workflows

- Facilitate and conduct workshops with internal & external team members

- Documentation of future state processes and work flows

- Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements

- Identifying issues and risks

Required Skills & Experience:

- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Business/Process Analyst, on complex projects

- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering

- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows

- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups

- Strong business/client engagement skills

- Experience developing business requirements

- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations

- High level of competence with MS Office and experience with Business Optix would be advantageous
