As Head of Programme Management, you will set the standards for Programme Management across the programme and provide an infrastructure to support the development of Programme Delivery professionals to ensure that HS2 Ltd maintains a pipeline of highly capable resources that meets individual career aspirations. You are also responsible for managing a pool of project managers and leveraging their skills set to manage project teams across the wider Hs2 Ltd programme.

In support of the strategy to create a continuously improving organisation, the Head of Programme Management is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the Centre of Excellence and Knowledge Management functions.

The successful candidate will have:

Programme Leadership expertise across large organisations and programmes.

Demonstrate expertise in leadingdelivering training programs across large organisations and programmes.

Recognised and relevant professional qualification

Evidence of having worked successfully within a matrix operation.

Good communications and stakeholder management skills
