Non/Cards Payment Business Analyst

Our client, a multinational company who provides custom information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services, are looking to recruit a Non/Cards Payment Business Analyst

Our client, who operate within the banking and finance sector, allow companies to enhance productivity by ensuring that vital business functions work faster, cheaper and better. They do this through their ability to conceptualize, architect and implement new and expanded capabilities; which allows their clients to take their business to the next level.

As a Non/Cards Payment Business Analyst the primary responsibilities will be to work as part of the Consulting Practice in the space of non/card Payments processing, which would span across payments initiation, processing, transaction screening, clearing and settlement, accounting, reconciliation, etc.

The main responsibilities will be:

* To work with the business and the technical teams to define requirements, write specifications, develop test scenarios for testing in the areas of Payments Processing.

* Working as part of the project teams, you will interact with the business to understand and create business requirements and functional specifications.

* Assist in developing the Consulting Practice through building collaterals and other artefacts to support growth. Would be encouraged to contribute actively on thought leadership, research, etc

The ideal candidate must have:

* Capability to advice customers on deriving problem statements, an approach to deliver solutions, ability to come up with value propositions to them.

* Wider Banking knowledge across Wholesale and Retail banking; and Payments Compliance knowledge (FPS/SEPA/PSD/ICB, etc)

* A very good experience in writing Business Requirements Documentation, extensive business interaction experience, preparation of business and functional specifications, ability to work with technology teams.

* Very good analytical skills, communication (both verbal and written) skills, very good stakeholder management and ability to work in large teams.
