Project Quantity Surveyor - City of London
The Company:
A bespoke solutions specialist is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their company. With over 30 year's industry experience they have built up their client relationships over the year to a point where less than 30% of their revenue is achieved through new business. Providing the full package of work to their clients they have evolved into much more than the simple refurbishment contractor they began as.
The Opportunity:
As Project Quantity Surveyor you will be given the autonomy to take tendered projects from start to finish, running your own projects and being solely responsible for every stage of the process. After opening their London based office they have grown from strength to strength and do not look like stopping any time soon. Because of this their company is expanding rapidly meaning this is the perfect time to join this highly respected team. You will need a good background in the fit out and refurbishment market, preferably in the London market.
The Key Requirements:
* 3-4 years as a minimum amount of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably a more senior Project Quantity Surveyor would be of interest
* Good experience as Project Quantity Surveyor in fit out projects is a must, with an emphasis on variety of projects and sectors worked
* You need to be able to work off your own steam, with the ability to run projects with little need for support or guidance
