As well as being accountable for a team tasked with delivering testing services into our London agile projects, you’ll work with senior test leads in Walsgrave on innovations and services improvements across the team. A motivating force in D&T Delivery, you’ll prioritise and manage activities and ensure the working group really delivers. You’ll also be the first point of contact for customers in the case of any escalations.

The capital investment into Technology, here, is around £150m. So there’s huge scope to define a career path, grow and learn within the role. You’ll need extensive experience as a Senior/Programme Test Manager within a large organisation where you’ll have introduced innovation and cost savings. A background in waterfall and agile/hybrid methodologies and as a line manager is also essential and you should also hold an ISTQB testing qualification.
