PMO Administrator

Our Client, global technology Giant is currently looking for PMO Administrator. The PMO will be part of a growing team and be involved with large global projects.

Job Description

* Comprehensive tracking of Data resource log and external contracts log, ensuring records are up to date, including contractor start/end dates, daily rates, vendor etc. are recorded/updated as required.

* Collation and preparation of project status reports and production of timely and accurate minutes/actions of team meetings.

* Support the collation and preparation of the monthly Data town hall, including room bookings and/or off/site reservations.

* Maintain the Data Change actions log, ensuring clear visibility around action ownership, accountability and actively follow up with action owners ensuring due dates are met.

* Support the team with financial reporting on a monthly basis or as required, including extracting and validating reports through Clarity and tracking the Data expenditure verses approved budget.

* Raising purchase orders through iBuy as required for resource or operating invoices.

Comprehensive tracking of financial related matters such as work orders/contracts, timesheets, invoices, purchase orders etc.

* Support the co/ordination of internal/external communications to relevant stakeholders, including the maintenance of the Data Change mailbox, notify and distribute emails to relevant Data Change team members and follow up as required i.e. Town Hall/Communication feedback, sharepoint access etc.

* Support the management of the Data repository SharePoint site and ensure that project/s documentation is actively stored and updated within SharePoint.

* Support adhoc admin services related to Data teams as required i.e. Support the organisation and co/ordination of quarterly Data social events, raising ad/hoc requests through request centre as required, supporting floor planning and co/ordination including liaising and follow up with Facilities Management.

Skill-set Required :

* Ability to coordinate a number of Initiatives in parallel

* Microsoft Office / Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint

* Experience in Sharepoint /Clarity / iBuy
