iOS Mobile App Developer

About the role

An excellent opportunity with an established web based company is currently available for an experienced iOS OR Android Mobile App Developer who is required for a busy team.

The person we seek must have the below skills but just as important is the ability to be positive at all times, adaptable, have a can-do attitude, be pro-active and communicate clearly with a variety of fellow employees and teams.

The role

Working within a super-fast paced agile driven team, you'll be responsible for the development of stories from inception through to live deployment.

You will assist in the creation of stories, development, builds and live deployment. There will be bug logging and tracking, daily stand up's, cross team collaboration, stake-holder meetings and mobile/device testing.

Strong communication skills are vital to the role, as is an attention to detail and being an analytical thinker, although thinking on your feet is vital.

You will be challenged every single day but you'll also have fun, you'll laugh every day, I guarantee it.

About you

You must be adaptable to different situations for this challenging role. There should be positivity at all times and a can-do attitude is a must.

Pro-activity is vital, as is management of your time and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

An inquisitive, problem solving nature is a huge plus and you must be passionate about development.

Experience in multiple tools, technologies and automation are key to the role.

* Development of native iOS / Android mobile apps

* Working knowledge of design patterns

* Be able to advise on platform best practice

* Knowledge of application submission (has published apps in the App Store) and what it takes to create a great iOS/Android application
