Internal Account Manager - Oxford - £24000-£25000

Our client is one of the leading specialists of end-to-end IT Security and Storage Solutions in to the SME, Large Corporate and Blue-chip business environments offering a 360 degree of Software, Managed Services, Professional Services and IT Support from recognised Vendors including Microsoft, McAfee, Symantec, Check Point and many more.

We are now seeking 2x Internal Account Managers to join their buzzing sales office at the heart of the Oxfordshire area. Internal Account Managers will be responsible for increasing the market share of the organisation's product portfolio across new business accounts as well as upselling and cross-selling against their existing client base in addition to offering Value-Added Services including IT Support, Consultancy and Managed Services. Internal Account Managers will be desk-based however be offered the opportunity to visit client sites as well as attend exhibition events for continual business development. There will also be opportunities to move in to sales management as this position demands candidates have the ability to lead, mentor and assist other sales individuals in meeting their expectations eventually resulting in you managing your own team.

To apply candidates ideally should have 2-3 years experience working for an IT Reseller selling IT Security, Storage, Networking or relevant Software Solutions in to SME, Large Corporate or Public Sector accounts, via telephone or face-to-face sales. Internal Account Managers should demonstrate the ability to drive new business as well as key account manage within Large Corporate and Enterprise sized accounts. Any experience of sales management or team leadership will be of special interest!

Internal Account Managers will be offered a competitive financial package including:

* £24000-£25000 basic salary
