As a result of our continued growth, we are now looking for a Real Time Analyst to join our Customer Contact Support Team.

Reporting to the Resource, Planning and Quality Manager the Real Time Analyst will provide monitoring for inbound calls, outbound calls and non-voice workloads to help improve our Service Delivery and Budget Management. Working with the Call centre Managers and Team Leaders and the Forecasting, Scheduling & MI Analyst, You will be responsible for ensuring service delivery across all work streams and providing detailed feedback into the operation on service failure, you will also be responsible for the maintenance of the WFM system and ensuring schedule adherence across Customer Contact.

If you are highly analytical and decisive, able to keep a cool head under pressure, able to communicate on all levels up to and including CEO, and have a strong background in contact centre planning in high-volume, high-performance environments why not apply today?
