Technical Lead - Java - Banking - London - FX E-Trading - C++ - C# - .Net
My client is a newly established investment bank based in the City. They are rapidly growing their FX E-Trading desk and are actively seeking a Team/ Tech Lead to be as hands on as they desire.
The role is targeted at an experienced Team Leader who will be responsible for the management of a team of developers maintaining and enhancing the existing E-trading environment. The role's primary focus is leading a team to product a definition of the technology roadmap and architecture which will move the bank's e-trading environment significantly forward, both in terms of its pricing capability and product coverage. The role will encompass liaison with the other Application Development teams to which the E-Trading environment interfaces to ensure that a complete end to end solution is delivered.
The candidate will help ensure our projects are delivered on time and on budget, and with a high level of quality. The role involves working on a portfolio of projects covering our development of the e-Portal ensuring that deliverables are produced on time and to budget. The candidate will also need to have a strong technology focus able to translate business strategy and requirements into technology solutions.
Other key Accountabilities are as follows:
• Delivery of a robust technology roadmap for an e-trading environment
• Delivery of the Road Map
• Ownership of the E-trade technology solution
• Management of a team of developers
