IT Release Analyst
An award winning business based in Warwickshire is recruiting for a calibre IT Release Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
Essential Skills:
* Strong customer focus, providing excellent customer service
* Understanding of release management and the impacts and challenges around it
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good analytical and problem solving skills with high levels of attention to detail
* Sound understanding of system administration, customisation and configuration of applications
Desirable Skills:
* ITIL v3 foundation certification
* Worked in an industry known Project Management methodology environment e.g. Agile/Prince2
* Experience of working in an applications support role
Day to day role:
The successful IT Release Analyst will be working with the support and project teams to deliver release packages in a controlled manner. The release analyst will provide management control and ownerships of all processes relating to releases of business software applications and technology changes that impact their business area. They will build productive, collaborative relationships with internal and external colleagues to assist the development, creation and delivery of effective release plans.
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
