Progressive are currently seeking a Business Analyst preferably with experience in the Property/Development Industry

This role requires a strong analytical background and the ability to build strong working relationships internally and across the globe

You will work within the Group Operations team to gain a deep understanding of the Development controls, information flows, process and reporting needs as well as focus on continuous process improvement

This is a fast paced role where organisation, attention to detail and solid analyst skills are vital

Main responsibilities:

* Continual process improvement and process changes including gathering business requirements, gap analysis, documenting changes and assisting in testing

* Reviewing and executing test scripts, documenting and communicating results of testing

* Provide training support to the business following process and system change

* Data and process mapping to ensure visibility and control over system data, reports, training

* Constant communication within the team and with the business through workshops and conference calls (out of normal business hours when necessary?

Requirements:

* 4 plus years as a Business Analyst

* Strong understanding of key elements of analysis, including process mapping, testing, reporting

* Previous experience in property management (highly desirable)

* BABOK, CCBA or CBAP certifications highly desirable

* Advanced MS office skills

* Experience in building relationships with senior internal stakeholders

* Experience interacting with global stakeholders
