Location: Telford, Shropshire
£20000-£23500 base + yearly increments on salary approximately £1200 a year + + final salary pension + PRP + sick pay + life assurance + parking + uniform + product discount
Due to the introduction on new products and processes, the role will be improvement driven and will suit engineers wanting to introduce positive contributions to production.

The role:
•Days Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00pm and 4.00pm finish on Friday.
•Investigate all manufacturing problems and resolves issues.
•Investigate component quality problems and liaise with relevant departments to solve efficiently and effectively.
•Ensure all activities comply with the company's 5S policy.
•Improve efficiencies through developing better processes and technology.
•Responsible for the design of new equipment, processes or technology to yield cost effective improvements inefficiency.
•Supporting the engineering maintenance team where necessary and sharing knowledge with the manufacturing team leaders.
The person needed:
•Experience in any manufacturing environment.
•Previous experience working within a quality system.
•Previous experience working in a lean manufacturing environment.
