C++ Developer, Developer, C++ Programmer - SQL Server - OO Design - Bristol
You will have excellent C++ development skills we need a developer to join the team with the remit of developing and supporting the main server components. The team is responsible for all of the components of the product. The server side processing, uses C++ and runs on multiple platforms. Over time this code will be stage migrated into WebConnect – leading edge J2EE-based platform. Your skillset will include working with C++ in a cross platform environment and have either a desire to cross train to Java or have had exposure to Java as well.
Successful candidates will be technically strong, dynamic and thrive as part of an extremely talented team. They will be able to apply their experience to technical & functional evolution. In return, my Client will help you to grow and acquire domain knowledge of the marketplace.
Candidates will be expected to be able to demonstrate both practical experience of large system development and a strong theoretical grasp of the underlying technologies at interview. Software Engineers possess broad engineering skills which they can apply to meet the opportunities provided by new technologies.
You will have the following attributes/ experience
A passion for software development.
C++ in a cross platform development environment.
RDBMS (Oracle, Sybase or SQL Server).
Object oriented analysis & design.
Excellent communication skills
