Field Test Engineer - Mobile Handset - Software - GSM/ GPRS - Middlesex
Due to sustained business growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Field Test Engineer to join a leading organisation within wireless communications.
You will be responsible for testing new mobile handsets - functional, network and software - to ensure quality prior to release to carriers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in software testing including familiarity with GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA, CDMA handset testing in addition to a strong awareness of software test tools. You will also have experience of writing & executing test cases, maintaining & updating test suites and be able to demonstrate strong bug tracking skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Field Test Engineer to work at the cutting edge of technology. There is a requirement to travel so all candidates need to be willing & able to travel as & when required.
