My client a leading design and manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Design Draughtsman to join their Product Development department on an initial 3-month contract.

Your purpose will be to produce overall product design and carry out detail design of mechanical aspects of the company’s new products and to carry out detail mechanical design for customisation of existing products.

With a strong knowledge of 3D mechanical CAD (Solidworks) you will ideally have some prior experience in:

· 3D Modelling
· Design for manufacture
· Mechanical Design of new products
