As a highly successful and independent solution integrator and consultancy, our client focuses on enterprise-level open technology solutions. They are now looking to recruit a Network Support Engineer / Technical Consultant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Engineer looking for a new challenge. Not only does this position offer the chance to work in a fantastic team, but also the opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies.
Day to day, as a Network Support Engineer / Technical Consultant you will be designing, installing and supporting virtual infrastructures, advanced monitoring and network optimisation systems – which means this a varied and interesting role, and will provide a great challenge for an ambitious candidate.
To succeed in this position you must be an experienced Technical Support Engineer with storage, Cisco and VMware experience, and the ability to quickly learn on the job and handle new situations. You will also ideally be qualified to CCNA/ CCNP or VCP level.
Additionally, as a Network Support Engineer / Technical Consultant you will need to be a team player with strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and client facing skills.
